What to expect:

• 1/2 hour online meeting, as practical preparation for initial placement
• Commissioing/ final check by certified engineer in 1 half day (Max 4 hours) including travel time
• Our engineers are fully certified
  
  

What is expected of client:

• Partner makes its own appointment for an online meeting
• Partner makes its own appointment for commissioning (2 weeks before start)
• Engineer receives photo of site 24 hours before visit
• Engineer is responsible for AC and EMS
  
  

Suppose the site is not satisfactory?

If the battery is not ready or after rejection we will schedule a new appointment
A new appointment is again the full cost
