Delivery Times & Availability During the Holidays

Almost that time of the year again: Christmas! As every year, the holidays will affect our delivery times and availability. We’d like to tell you more about it:

On December 25th and 26th, 2024, and January 1st, 2025, we will be closed and not reachable by phone or email. On the other days, we are available, but it may take a bit longer for you to receive a response. Of course, you can place your order online 24/7.

Please note the following changes to delivery times in the upcoming period:

• We will not be shipping between December 24 2024 and January 1, 2025. This means that our last shipments on pallets in the old year will be on December 20. Then we will send pallet deliveries again from January 02, 2025.

• Our parcel shipments for small quantities will continue until December 23. From January 2, we will resume these shipments as well.

• We will also be closed for pickup orders from December 24 through January 1, 2025.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a track-and-trace code from us to follow your order. We wish you and your loved ones very happy holidays and a new year full of positive energy!
