SolarEdge 3PH Inverter, 33.3kW, MC4, DC safety unit with switch, AC & DC SPD, AC/DC Segregation, with SetApp configuration (SE33.3K-RW00IBNJ4) is a three-phase commercial inverter with MC4 connectors.

Furthermore, the inverter is equipped with type 2 AC and DC overvoltage protection. Connection to the inverter is standard possible via RS485 or Ethernet. Expansion with wifi is possible, provided the separate antenna is present. Commissioning and monitoring both take place via SetApp.

Communication

Two RS485 ports and one Ethernet port are integrated as standard. If you prefer a wireless connection, this is also possible. However, a separate antenna needs to be purchased for this.

Security

Arc and leakage current protection is available as standard. Arcs occur regularly but are often innocent. The system detects these arcs. As soon as they assume certain proportions, the system will switch off. This causes damage. Leakage currents are always present, but to a small extent and with low strength. The danger lies in the sporadic leakage currents that are more powerful and when a person comes into contact with them. To prevent electrocution, the leakage current protection will switch off the system within 20 to 40ms. The Surge Protection Devices are present to protect against overvoltage, for example by lightning strikes.

DC safety unit with switch

The safety unit is attached to the underside of the SolarEdge 3PH Inverter, 33.3kW. This version contains a DC switch. This switch works with two poles. This means that both the neutral and the phase wire are completely interrupted. This means that the entire circuit is without voltage.

This model must be fused at 63 amperes.
