With the increase in large-scale PV installations, the associated inverters are also increasingly powerful. This means that the size and weight of the inverters is increasing and maximum ventilation is a requirement! As a result, placing the inverters outside – under a canopy – is the ideal location. To increase ease of installation, we have made the following modifications at PVshelter High Energy:

• Ease of installation: the easy-to-(dis)assemble roof makes hanging a High Energy inverter from the PVshelter as simple as possible. The mounting rails are already mounted at the correct mounting distance. The distance of the inverter to the roof and roof surface has also been determined.
• Maximum capacity on minimum roof area: reinforced construction allows Back2Back mounting of large inverters.
• Improved accessibility of the cabling infrastructure: the double brace profiles positioned to the outside have allowed mounting of wide RoofSupport wire trays. This improved the laying of DC cabling and (up to 240mm2) AC lines.
