The Growatt 3PH Hybrid Inverter SPA 5000 BH-UP is an AC coupled hybrid inverter. It is a battery energy storage system which is connected to a PV system via alternating current (AC) electricity.

The Growatt SPA5000BH inverter contains a DC & AC power of 5000Wp. The inverter is compatible with retrofit but also new PV installations. The Growatt SPA inverter is workable with high voltage batteries and has three workable programmable modes. The Spa series is integrated into the system in combination with a battery AC side, whereby any surplus of produced AC energy is stored in a battery. This energy is not fed back into the grid.

Growatt online smart service

Growatt offers an online service (OSS) to the user that ensures a fast and efficient service. This service reduces costs for installers and distributors. Growatt OSS works with the ShinePhone APP & Webserver, which ensures that data from Growatt products is stored and analyzed.

The Growatt OSS system does not only help with customer service. It also helps the user to remind of any error detection, PV system issues so that it gets fixed as soon as possible. The Growatt OSS system makes it possible to repair the products remotely without engineer support.

Security & Installation

The Growatt SPA5000 BH-UP contains IP65 protection degree, making it suitable for outdoor & indoor installation. The inverter also does not contain a fan or transformer. This ensures lower noise production, making the inverter suitable for both office buildings and residential buildings. This also gives the inverter a longer life, so that more energy can be generated with the PV system

Battery

The Growatt SPA5000 BH-UP has a battery efficiency of 97.4%, so that the highest possible energy content can be stored. The inverter contains a lithium battery with a capacity of 5-50Kwh. The inverter can be installed at a maximum height of 3000M.
